If your TermxCash products is lost or stolen, there is no way to get your bitcoin back.
Our company cannot help you to recover your coins because we do not have a copy of the private keys. Since private keys are not stored on the TermxCash Crypto app, even if you still have the mobile device with the app installed, you will not be able to recover your coins. A TermxCash product is a bearer asset like cash or gold; whoever has physical possession of it controls all of the coins inside.
